This song was written in frustration in a time in my life when I felt like nothing was moving forward and I didn’t know what I was doing with my life and just wanted some direction. I may not always have an answer but I know the one who does and He directs my steps. God will bring clarity in His time and direction on His terms.

I’ll slap the snare drum and crack the hi-hat,
